Duplicate Bridge Event May 13-15, 2014

Northern Michigan Cycling Adventures

Harbor Springs Cycling Classic June 1 & September 14, 2013

Harbor Springs Car Festival August 8, 2013
Cars in the Park Car Show is held in Zorn Park in downtown Harbor Springs.  Plan to arrive early or stay through the weekend, you will want to include a driving tour of the area.  Birchwood Inn offers a special lodging rate to car show participants and is located right on the famous scenic drive, "The Tunnel of Trees."  Click on our special information page Car Festival for further information.

Fall Color Tours
Famous scenic drive "Tunnel of Trees," is right outside our door!  Meander up this winding drive under a canopy of color, dine at unique restaurants, and return to a roaring fire at the Inn.  Check out the Tunnel of Trees Fall Special.  The smell of autumn is in the air!

Quilting, Embroidery, and Knitting
Have a passion for hand work?  Special retreats are held every spring and fall at the Inn by multi-media instructor J.D. Lamb's Retreat for Songwriters November 7-10, and 14-17, 2013
John D. Lamb with Springfed Arts, has a knack for bringing together inspirational instructors and musicians that will help you create.  The retreats are held during the first two weekends of November at Birchwood Inn each year.  More information: Springfed Arts

Concerts Open to the Public November 9, and 16, 2013 
John D. Lamb hosts two concerts open to the public during his Songwriters Retreats at Birchwood Inn.  The cozy atmosphere of the Inn provides an exceptional venue to enjoy a variety of well known folk artists.  The concerts begin at 8:00 pm, seating is limited and there is a suggested donation of $15 at the door.  Questions about the concerts or the retreat can be emailed to John D.
